Advanced Technical Solutions- ATS© warrants to its customers control valve to be free of material or manufacturing defects for a period of three (3) years. Any claim brought to the attention of ATS by the customer in writing; within a period of three years of substantial completion, will be taken into examination.

In the event if defect was detected for any of ATS’ control valve under the terms of the warranty, it will be replaced or repaired free of charge. ATS will not be responsible for any installation costs involved in such replacement or repair, consequential or other damages of any nature. This is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied and is the sole warranty extended.
